This is a all scales 4% incline/decline set that is high density foam. The box has 4 pieces and are flexible and allow a smooth transition from one height to another. You can use alone or with risers. Each piece is 2 1/2″ wide by 24″ long. The 4% grade changes elevation 0 to 4″ in 8′. The incline/decline is made by Woodland Scenics.
