Hi and welcome to D & L Toy Trains. We have been located in Darien Center, New York since 1993. We have over 40 years of knowledge. My father started to repair his own trains in the 1960's and by the 1980's he started to repair Lionel trains for a local hobby shop. In the mid 80's mom took over ordering and organizing parts. In 1988 we became a Lionel Authorized Service Station. Our customers wanted to buy product line as well as parts. So we started to order product for them. We soon out-grew our basement and in 1993 we moved to Darien Center, New York and established our business in a building next to our home. My brother and I started to help in some servicing and running the train shows we attend.

Shipping Information:

Shipping is usually within 1 day for all items that are in stock. Of course, weekends and holidays will delay shipping. Items that we need to order, will be shipped as soon as we receive them, usually within 7 to 10 days, except for advance orders from a manufacturers catalog, which often take months to be released. We ship UPS, DHL or USPS.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Returns must be authorized and returned within 5 days. All returned items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
